When it comes to sexual pleasure, a simple shift in position can make all the difference. The G-Whiz position—also known as the “legs-on-shoulders” pose—is a powerful setup for receivers (typically women or people with clitorises) to experience intense G-spot and clitoral stimulation, while still maintaining eye contact and emotional closeness.
Today, we’re breaking down the how, why, and how to optimize this deeply satisfying position.

What Is the G-Whiz Position?

How to Do It:

Receiver lies down: Get comfortable on your back with your body fully supported by a bed or couch.
Legs up high: Place each leg on the giver’s shoulders (or both on one shoulder if that feels better).
Front-entry angle: The giver enters from the front, angling their hips slightly to aim for upward pressure on the G-spot using a penis, fingers, or toy.

Why Is This Position So Special?

Tighter vaginal canal: Lifting the legs tilts the pelvis and narrows the vaginal canal, which naturally enhances G-spot contact.
Enhanced G-spot stimulation: The upward angle during penetration creates direct pressure on the G-spot area.
Clitoral stimulation: Depending on leg placement, the clitoris may receive direct or indirect stimulation, amplifying pleasure.

Top 5 Benefits of the G-Whiz Position

1. Stronger G-spot Pressure
The tighter vaginal canal makes G-spot contact more intense—ideal for those who love that deep, firm sensation.

2. Maximum Clitoral Pleasure
Whether through body-to-body friction or added hand stimulation, this position helps the clitoris get the love it deserves.

3. Deep Emotional Connection
Face-to-face intimacy means more eye contact, more kissing, and a deeper emotional vibe.

4. Inclusive for All Body Types
Tall, short, curvy, or slim—adjusting leg placement helps you find the right angle and comfort level.

5. Play-Friendly Position
Add extra stimulation:Hands-on: The giver can stimulate the clit or breasts with their hands.
Use toys: A vibe or bullet can take things to the next level.
Change the rhythm: Start slow and deep, then switch to fast and rhythmic—explore what feels best.

Pro Tips to Level Up Your G-Whiz Game

Pillow under hips: Elevate the receiver’s hips slightly to boost the angle and pressure.
Pace yourself: Avoid going too deep or fast right away—let the body warm up first.
Lube up: This position can be intense, so don’t skimp on a good-quality lubricant.
Talk it out: Open communication is everything—ask your partner how it feels, and adjust as needed.
