JOYHUB will implement strict management measures to eliminate any behavior within the community that violates laws and regulations, endangers social and individual safety, or infringes on the legitimate rights of others.
Respect for Human Rights: We are committed to upholding and respecting the dignity and rights of every individual, regardless of their race, gender, religion, nationality, age, or any other identity characteristic, ensuring equal treatment and respect for all members within the community.
Respect for Diversity and Inclusion: We value the differences in culture, beliefs, gender, age, race, nationality, and other backgrounds, promoting the values of diversity and inclusion.
Legality and Compliance: We adhere to the laws and regulations of the respective state or region, and do not allow the posting of illegal content, including but not limited to material related to pornography, violence, terrorism, fraud, etc.
Privacy Protection: We respect others' right to privacy and prohibit the disclosure or sharing of personal information, such as photos, contact details, or other sensitive data, without consent.
No Harassment Policy: Any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination is strictly prohibited, including verbal abuse, sexual harassment, etc.
Respect for Copyright: We respect intellectual property rights and prohibit the unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted materials, including text, images, audio, video, and more.
Proper Communication: We encourage polite communication and avoid using offensive, insulting, or demeaning language.
Fairness, Justice, and Transparency: We strive for transparency in our community guidelines, ensuring fairness with evidence-based decisions, fair review processes, punishment notifications, and the opportunity to appeal.
To better fulfill our social responsibility of protecting the legal rights and interests of minors, JOYHUB strictly prohibits minors from using our community. We take a firm stance on handling any content harmful to the physical and mental well-being of minors, including but not limited to the following:
Sexual Content Involving Minors: This includes depictions of minor marriage and childbirth, sexual exploitation, or child pornography.
Violence and Bullying: Content involving violence, criminal acts, corporal punishment, or school bullying targeting minors.
Privacy Violations: Disclosure of minors' personal information, such as real names, home addresses, or any sensitive data, including exposing minors’ private parts or publicly sharing personal details.
System Evasion Tactics: Strategies or guides that intentionally circumvent restrictions preventing minors from accessing the community.
Other Harmful Content: Any content that endangers the safety, physical, or mental health of minors.
To maintain a healthy, harmonious, and secure community, JOYHUB strictly abides by laws and regulations and resolutely opposes any illegal information. All users must adhere to the following rules when using community services:
Prohibition of Illegal Information: Users are strictly forbidden from publishing or spreading any illegal content, including but not limited to pornography, gambling, drugs, illegal transactions, privacy violations, defamation, or malicious attacks.
Prohibition of Restricted Items: The dissemination of content related to prohibited items is strictly forbidden. This includes but is not limited to weapons and ammunition, narcotics and drugs, hazardous chemicals, radioactive materials, medical waste, and harmful biological agents.
Prohibition of Illegal Activities: Posting content related to fraud, drug trafficking, pyramid schemes, counterfeit goods, or infringement of intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Prohibition of Fraudulent Information: Sharing fraudulent content, such as impersonating official support and legitimate websites, or sending fake winning notifications via messages or links, is not allowed.
Prohibition of Gambling: Users are not permitted to share gambling-related platforms, services, or content, including links, techniques, tools, or methods related to gambling.
Prohibition of Cyber Attacks: Engaging in activities that endanger cybersecurity, such as network attacks or virus dissemination, is strictly forbidden.
JOYHUB reserves the right to take appropriate action against violations, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities. Users who breach these rules will face consequences under community rules and bear all associated legal responsibilities.
To safeguard the legal rights of all users, the JOYHUB Community strictly prohibits all forms of infringement, including but not limited to:
Prohibition of content infringing on others' reputation rights: Users are prohibited from posting defamatory, insulting, or disparaging statements or information, as well as spreading rumors or false information.
Prohibition of personal privacy violations: Without the consent of others, users are not allowed to post or share personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, ID numbers, email addresses, private photos, etc.
Prohibition of intellectual property infringement: Users must not publish or share others' original works, including text, images, audio, video, etc., unless explicit authorization has been obtained from the rights holder.
Prohibition of portrait rights violations: Users are prohibited from posting or distributing unauthorized images or videos of others, or using others’ likenesses for commercial purposes or any form of public dissemination without their consent.
Prohibition of property rights infringement: Users must not post or share false information about others' property, such as fake financial data or property status, nor use the community platform for fraud, theft, or other illegal activities.
Prohibition of trade secret violations: Users are prohibited from publishing or sharing others' trade secrets, such as technical data, business strategies, or customer lists, or using the community platform for unfair competition.
JOYHUB Community will actively protect users' rights. If you experience infringement within the community, you can report it through official channels. We will verify all reports and take appropriate measures promptly to help users safeguard their legal rights.
The content you post on JOYHUB Community remains your property. We encourage you to share original content but ask you to avoid posting material copied or collected from the internet unless you have the rights to share it. The platform strictly prohibits any infringement, and also, reserves the right to reproduce and use the content you share on the platform.
Please refrain from sharing overly explicit content.
To facilitate understanding and participation from members in different regions, JOYHUB community promotes the use of English for communication. We respect the language backgrounds of each member and allow the use of native languages. However, when using a non-English language, it is recommended to include an English translation to help others understand.
When interacting with others, please be polite and respectful, avoiding any insulting or offensive language. Respect each member's opinions and expression styles.
JOYHUB Community encourages constructive discussions and sharing while avoiding meaningless arguments and the spread of negativity. In case of disagreements, express your views rationally and avoid emotional communication.
Do not share or disclose others' personal information or private content without their consent. Each member's privacy should be respected and protected.
Personal attacks, bullying, and spreading rumors or harmful interactions are strictly prohibited.
JOYHUB Community respects all members regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexuality, cultural background, or health conditions. Any form of discrimination, prejudice, or hate speech is strictly prohibited, and hate crimes will not be tolerated.
Please respect different views from other members. Avoid imposing your ideas or opinions on others. JOYHUB Community promotes inclusivity and understanding of others' perspectives while prohibiting any offensive language during discussions.
JOYHUB Community advocates for rational expression and polite language. Please avoid using vulgar, inappropriate, or crude language. All members should engage in discussions with courtesy and respect.
Respect others' privacy and refrain from inciting harassment, such as disclosing personal or confidential information. Do not share or threaten to share anyone's private or explicit content without their consent. We oppose any form of harassment. Do not send private messages or excessively bother others without their consent.
JOYHUB Community requires promoters to publish content that is legal and compliant. Promotional content must adhere to relevant laws and regulations and must not contain inappropriate, illegal, or unethical material, such as false information, obscene content, or depictions of violence.
JOYHUB Community encourages promoters to engage in truthful and credible marketing. All promotional content shared within the community must be accurate and truthful. Exaggerated, misleading, or false advertising is strictly prohibited. Product descriptions, prices, discounts, and other details must align with actual conditions.
JOYHUB Community supports limited and moderate promotions. To maintain a positive community experience, promoters should conduct promotional activities in moderation, avoiding excessive posting or spamming of repetitive content. Promotional posts should primarily appear in designated business promotion sections and maintain a reasonable frequency to avoid disturbing other community members.
JOYHUB Community encourages clear labeling of promotions. When posting promotional content, promoters must clearly mark posts or titles with labels such as "Promotion," "Advertisement," or "Brand Event," allowing users to easily distinguish promotional materials from other community content.
We do not allow the posting of certain types of images on JOYHUB Community. These include photos, videos, and digitally created content depicting sexual acts, genitalia, and close-up shots of fully nude buttocks. Images showing partially exposed female nipples are also prohibited, except in contexts such as breastfeeding, childbirth, postpartum moments, health-related situations (e.g., post-mastectomy images, raising breast cancer awareness, or gender-affirming surgery), or protests. Photos of nude figures in paintings and sculptures are permitted.
JOYHUB Community has zero tolerance for content that describes or references incest, child pornography, pedophilia, racism, animal abuse, bestiality, extreme violence, drugs (excluding tobacco and cannabis), or any content deemed inappropriate by administrators.
Sharing pornographic material involving minors or threatening to release someone's private images is strictly prohibited. Discussions or content related to child pornography, derogatory language, suicide, self-harm, abuse, illegal activities, or anything that incites unrest or harassment are banned.
Explicitly pornographic content is not allowed in user profiles. Additionally, avoid sending explicit content directly to others in messages or comments.
While JOYHUB Community promotes inclusivity, it prohibits the sharing of extreme violence, harm, or graphic content.
Sharing malicious, offensive, or illegal activity-related links (e.g., violent speech, violent or dangerous organizations, fraud or scams, intellectual property infringement, illegal or regulated product sales, controlled substances, etc.) is strictly forbidden.
Members are prohibited from bringing personal conflicts from private groups, private messages, or other platforms into the community.
JOYHUB Community cares about members experiencing depression or other mental health challenges. We recommend seeking professional and clinical treatment online or within local communities. However, posting content related to suicide or self-harm is not permitted for any reason.
Impersonation of others is prohibited. Sharing someone else's personal or identifiable information without consent is not allowed, including in user profiles.
JOYHUB Community has some ways to enforce our community rules, including but not limited to:
l Politely asking you to stop,
l Warning,
l Removing content you posted,
l Removing account rights or adding restrictions,
l Banning from JOYHUB Community,
l Temporarily or permanently suspend your account of JOYHUB APP.
Each user is an important part of JOYHUB Community. If you see content that you believe may not be in line with the Community Guidelines, please notify us through the built-in reporting option. Our global team will review these reports and remove content that violates the Community Guidelines as soon as possible.
Some content you don't like may not violate the Community Guidelines. If this happens, you can stop following or block the user who posted it. If you don't like a comment at the bottom of your post, you can delete it.
To protect the rights of community members and maintain order within the community, JOYHUB is committed to providing each user with a fair and impartial appeals process. If you confirm that your posted content does not violate any rules above, you can appeal through the following means:
Please send your appeal to appeal@joyhub.net, providing a detailed description of the incident, relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots, records, etc.), and your contact information.
Upon receiving your appeal, we will conduct a preliminary review to determine if it meets the acceptance criteria. If eligible, you will receive a response within five working days.
JOYHUB Community moderators will thoroughly investigate the appeal in accordance with the Community Guidelines. Based on the investigation findings, we will make a determination and take appropriate action. All decisions will be promptly communicated to the appellant, along with a detailed explanation of the basis for the decision.
