To connect a non-Bluetooth device, please follow these steps in the Joyhub app:
1. Go to the "Me" page in the app.
2. Find and click "My Toys."
Now you’re in the "Device Management & Tips" section.
1. Click on "Add Non-Bluetooth Device."
2. In the “Invitation Code” box, enter your toy's Amazon order number.
3. Click “Connect.”
4. Once connected, you will be able to control the toy normally.
After confirmation with the brand, the invitation code is the order number of the toy you purchased. Currently, only Amazon order numbers are supported.

2. On their profile, go to the upper right corner.
3. Click the “...”
4. Click “Block.”

Currently, you must reach Membership Level 3 and complete a phone verification to be eligible to post.

In order to foster thoughtful comments and to prevent spam, the system will automatically limit an account with an unusually high number of comments in a short time. The ability to comment will return in two hours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
This issue sometimes happens with Android users who downloaded the Joyhub app from the Google Play store. If you downloaded Joyhub from Google Play, delete the app. Then, go to our website and download the Android APK directly from us. This usually fixes the issue.

To use the AI Lover feature, you must:
1. Choose the AI Lover feature on the Home Page.
2. On the AI Lover page, select male ♂ or female ♀.
3. Swipe to choose your AI Lover
4. Click “Start.”
5. Press the phone icon.
6. On the bottom of the page, you can use the chat box to send messages to your AI Lover. You can either type the messages or send voice messages.
*If you would like to control your AI lover, you must first connect your toy. Then, select your Lover.
