Personalized waveforms that you save successfully will be stored in the 'MyPrograms' section on the recommended page. They will remain there unless you choose to delete them or close your account.
To record a personalized waveform, follow these steps:
1. Connect Your Device: Ensure your device is connected before starting. Recording cannot commence without this step.
2. Access the Recording Page: You can access the recording page by clicking the "⊕" icon next to "My Programs" on the Recommended page.
3. Start Recording: Upon entering the recording page, your session begins immediately. Adjust the intensity of the waveform by dragging the controls according to your preferences. The system records in real-time, supporting sessions from 15 seconds up to 30 minutes. Watch the recording duration displayed at the top of the interface; waveforms that don't meet the duration criteria won't be saved.
4. Save Your Waveform: Once satisfied with your customization, click the save icon located in the top right corner. Enter a name with at least five characters to ensure your personalized waveform is saved under "My Programs" on the Recommended page.
If you're exploring options, our Recommended mode offers six pre-set waveforms accessible from the homepage. You can play these waveforms and adjust playback speed to find the one that suits you best. Start with the Recommended section if you're unsure where to begin customizing your experience.
