How do I turn my toy on and off?

To turn the toy on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will flash repeatedly.

To turn the toy off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will turn off.


Which toys are compatible with the Joyhub app?

What should I do if I lost my toy’s user manual?

If the toy is connected to the Joyhub app, you can view the digital version in the app. To do this:


1. Open the app.


2. Click “Me” on the bottom right corner.


3. Click “My Toys.”


4. Choose the toy with the missing manual.


5. Click “User Manual.”

Which types of lubricants can be used with my toys?

In general, silicone toys do best with a water-based lubricant. However, please check your toy’s user manual for further details.

Can Joyhub control two toys at the same time?

Currently, our app only supports controlling one toy at a time and cannot control two toys simultaneously.

How do I turn on my toy?

After receiving the toy, please charge it fully. Once charged, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the toy (the indicator light will blink). Press the button again to start the toy.

What do I do if the toy doesn't turn on?

Please confirm whether the toy is fully charged. If it still doesn't turn on after charging, please contact our after-sales customer service for assistance. The customer service team can be reached by phone at 1-888-869-4176 or by email at support@mailjoyhub.net and support@joyhub.net.

What do I do if my toy is unable to connect to Joyhub?

Please ensure that your toy is an app-compatible version. If so, ensure the toy is turned on and enable Bluetooth and location permissions on your phone. Additionally, ensure your network connection is stable before trying to connect your toy to Joyhub.

My toy arrived damaged or with missing accessories. What do I do?

What if my toy’s outer packaging arrives damaged?

Since logistics and delivery are handled by third-party Amazon logistics, please contact Amazon logistics' customer service to request compensation.
