After the app updated, my account seems to have disappeared. I’m also being asked to re-enter my email address and get a new verification code. Is my account gone?


No, your account isn’t gone. Your account information is securely stored. After each app update, we ask you to re-enter your registration email to send you a new verification code for authentication. This helps to ensure your account's security and provides a safer user experience.

How do I edit my profile information or change my profile picture?


First go to the Me page on the app. Next, click on your profile picture. Now, you will be able to change your profile picture, edit your username, and update your information.

How do I delete my account?


To Delete Your Account:

1.Go to the Me section

2.Click on “Setting”

3.Click on “Account”

4.Click on “Account Cancellation”

5.Click “Confirm” to complete the deletion

Is it possible to change the email address used for my Joyhub account?

Unfortunately, no. Currently, we are unable to change the email address connected to your Joyhub account.
