To Delete a Conversation:
1.Go to the Chats screen
2.Swipe left on the conversation you want to delete
3.Tap the red “Delete Chat” button that appears
4.Click “Confirm” to complete the deletion
To Delete a Friend:
1.Go to the Chats screen
2.Tap on the phone book icon located on the top left
3.Swipe left on the friend you want to delete
4.Tap the red “Delete Contact” button that appears
5.Click “Confirm” to complete the deletion
No, your friends cannot see your friends list. They won’t know who else is on your friends list.
Yes. Both of you need to create your own, individual account. Then, you must each add the other person as a friend in order to use the long-distance control feature.
Absolutely! Your partner can easily control your toy remotely with Joyhub, even if they don't have a toy of their own. First, make sure both of you create separate Joyhub accounts. Then, log in and grant each other the necessary permissions. Also, be sure to connect to Wi-Fi or use 4G/5G data. Happy Connecting!

1. Check if the toy is turned on and connected to the internet.
2. Make sure you and your friend have not blocked each other.
3. Confirm that you both have the latest version of the Joyhub app.
Visit the "Chat" page, click the "+" button in the upper right corner. Enter your friend's Joyhub ID, click the search icon, then click "Apply" and complete the application. Wait for your friend to approve the request.
To remotely control someone else’s toy, you must wait for them to send you a Remote Invitation. Once you click “Accept,” the toy control panel will automatically appear. Click "DIY" to start controlling their toy.
Only the toy’s owner can invite others to control a toy.
