Yes, we provide a one-year warranty for toys from our partnered brands.


What do I do if my toy is faulty?

Please contact customer service. They can be reached by:

B. Joyhub App: If the toy is connected, you can contact the relevant brand customer service within the app for after-sales support.

C. Email: Email the Joyhub official email address for after-sales assistance. The email addresses are support@mailjoyhub.net and support@joyhub.net.

When applying for after-sales support, please be ready to provide a detailed description of the issue, your order number, and any images or videos showing the problem with the toy.
