Charging
If the toy uses a pin USB charger, please fully insert the pin into the charging port.
If the toy uses a magnetic USB charger, please place the toy on a flat, stable surface and ensure that the cable’s magnetic attachment is securely connected to the toy’s charging port(s).
If the toy is successfully charging, the charging indicator light will flash.
If the charging indicator light isn’t flashing, the toy or the charging cable may be defective. Please contact customer support at Support@mailjoyhub.net for further assistance with Joyhub compatible toys.
Most Joyhub compatible toys require 90-120 minutes to charge. For larger products, like masturbators, charging time may exceed 120 minutes. While charging, the indicator light will flash. When fully charged, the indicator light will stay lit.
Additionally, if you are charging a toy after cleaning it, please ensure that the charging port is dry before charging.
Pin USB Charger: On most toys, there will be a small, round hole near the power button or near the “DC” label. Locate this hole and gently insert the charger's pin attachment into the hole.
Magnetic USB Charger: Most toys will have one or two magnetic charging ports near the power button. Locate the charging port(s) and line up the cable’s magnetic attachment with your toy’s charging port(s). Bring the toy and charger close together and allow the magnetic pull to connect the charger to your toy.
