After updating the app, my account information disappeared. What do I do?


After updating the app, we ask you to re-enter your registration email to send you a new verification code for authentication. This helps to ensure your account's security and to provide a safer user experience.


Why am I unable to create an account?

This may happen if you request several verification codes in a short period. To resolve this, wait a few minutes and then try requesting a new verification code. Also, check your email regularly to ensure you don’t miss any codes.


I followed the steps for registration but received a message that says “code not sent or is expired.” What do I do now?


The verification code is only valid for 5 minutes. If it expires, click “Resend,” to receive a new code.

Why can't I click the "Send“ button?

When registering, the “Send” button will go from gray to purple once a valid email address is entered into the email field. If the “Send” button stays gray, please verify that you entered a complete email address.

Once you click “Send,” a 60-second countdown will start. You cannot click “Send” during the countdown.

My email didn't receive the verification code. Could you please send me a new one directly?

The verification code will be sent only after you click "Send" on the registration page. Follow these steps:

1. Enter your work email in the "Your Email" field and click "Send." The button will turn gray, and a 60-second countdown will start.

2. Check your inbox and spam folder for the code.

3. Enter the code in the "Verification Code" field.

4. Click "Register/Login" to complete the process.

Why haven’t I received the verification code email?


If you’ve followed the registration steps but haven’t received the verification code, please check your spam/junk folder, as emails can sometimes be misclassified. If the code is not there, verify that your email address was entered correctly during the registration process.
