Visit the "Chat" page, click the "+" button in the upper right corner. Enter your friend's Joyhub ID, click the search icon, then click "Apply" and complete the application. Wait for your friend to approve the request.

Click the "Switch Toys" button on the homepage. This will take you to the toy selection page. Find the toy you want to switch to and click on it.

If you're having trouble connecting your toy you can try these steps:

1.  Ensure that the toy is powered on by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds (the toy should not be charging ) when connecting.

2.  Make sure your phone has Bluetooth and location turned on, and is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile network.

3. Make sure that you're close to the toy you're trying to add.

3.  Ensure that you add the toy within the app itself, no through your phone's Bluetooth settings.

Our toys can be controlled from from anywhere, as long as both parties have Wi-Fi or a 4G/5G data connection. If there's no internet connection, Joyhub enables Bluetooth device control within a 33 foot (10 meters) range, assuming no signal interference.

1. Turn On the Toy: Press and hold the power button until the light starts flashing.

2. Enable Bluetooth: Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.

3. Search for the Toy: Open the Joyhub app and tap the + button found in the top right corner. This will allow you to search for your toy.

4. Connect to the Toy: Once it’s found, tap “add.” The toy's light will stay on, indicating it’s connected. Use the “Manual” button if your device was not found.

5. Manually Add your Toy: Type the full device name from the manual into the search bar. Click "Search," then hit the "Add" button to successfully add your toy!

You can now control your toy through the Joyhub app!
