Chat room
If the event was created before you entered the room and you have permission to participate, there will be a purple folded event label at the top of the chat box. When you click on the icon, a “Cancel” button and a “Join” button will appear. Click “Join” to participate in the event.
Please click the red power button, on the bottom right corner of the event page, to exit the event.
To leave an event created by someone else:
1.Go to the Chats page
2.Swipe left on the room's chat window
3.Click Remove Room to leave the chat room
Please click the red power button, on the bottom right corner of the event page, to close the event.

2.Click the room's chat window
3.Click the Settings cog icon on the top right corner of the chat box
4.On the Room Management page, click “Close Room” at the bottom of the screen
5.Click “Confirm” to complete the room closure
6.Click “Confirm” again to return to the Chats page.

4.On the Room Management page, you will see the text "ID: xxxxxxx" (a series of numbers) below the room name. This is the Room ID.
Only the room’s owner can see how much longer the room will remain open. To see how much longer the room will remain open：
1.Go to the Chats page
2.Click the room's chat window
3.Click the Settings cog icon on the top right corner of the chat box
4.On the Room Management page, you can see the "Time Until Room Closure" countdown
After the room is created, it remains open for 24 hours and then automatically closes.
1.After receiving the Room ID from your friend, go to the Chats page.
2.Click the + icon on the top right corner
3.Select “Search for Accounts/Room”
4.On the “Search for Accounts/Room” page, enter the Room ID
5.Click the purple "Search" button at the bottom of the screen
6.The corresponding room will pop up below; click “+Add” to enter the room.
- If the room is password-protected, you will also need to enter the password provided by the room owner.
7.The top chat on the Chats page will be the room you just entered.
To Create a Chat Room:
1.On the Chats page, click the + icon on the top right corner
2.Click “Create Room”
3.On the “Create Room” page, you can name the room and choose the room’s settings.
- To require a room password, click the gray button. It will turn purple once activated. You can then choose a four digit password needed to enter the room.
4.Click “Create”
5.When the “Creation Successful!” message appears, the room has been created. The top chat on the Chats page will be your newly created room.
Please note that users can create a maximum of 3 rooms per day and each chat room is active for 24 hours.
